After retiring from a career of almost 50 years as a chef, French-born Philippe Brillant has turned his talent to creating unique pieces in wood and resin. Trained and employed in 3* Michelin establishments around the world, he brings a flair for creativity and meticulous attention to detail, combined with a strong sense of design and striking presentation. These skills now find new expression in his artwork.

Philippe is based in the coastal countryside of County Wexford, between the villages of Ballygarrett and Kilmuckridge, where his showroom is open to browse. His work is also showcased at various craft fairs and exhibitions throughout the country. Please call for further details.
